• Stamped with the GM part # 3139137 and, “J8” (September 1958).
• Springs are good and work fine.
• Valve moves up and down when the lever is moved (simulating the cable opening and closing the valve).
• The tall “U” shaped metal piece that rests on top of the adjuster screw is missing.
• The rubber plug / cover for the adjuster screw is also missing.
