Description

• This is an all internal spring pin style.
• Missing spring, spring pin, plastic slider.
• Previous owner painted over the latch & the paint helped preserve the metal.
• Most paint was remove but some remnants remain.
• There are no stamp marks on the striker.
• Has a 3/16″ long, very shallow ding on the stop bumper side edge.
• Also has a 1/4″ long, 1-2 mil deep indention just above the single screw hole.
• Inboard tooth has 1-2 mil wear on the very outside 1/16″ edge.
• Outboard tooth has no wear.
• Back side has a small amount of textured appearance & indentions from the skid plate.

We weighed some reproductions we had & compared that to originals. Reproductions: 9.0-9.5 oz; Originals weigh 10.5-10.7 oz. Originals are much sturdier & durable.
