]]> This is the style with the spring pin going all the way through the latch body. Has “RH 1″ stamped in the center of the plate. Front tooth has a 1/8″ x 3/16″ very shallow wear mark. Has a 1/4” long smear on the face adjacent to the spring pin.
Spring & spring pin are solid and not broke; slider moves freely.
Back side indentions on the are from the skid plates.
We weighed some reproductions we have and compared that weight to originals. Reproductions: 9.0 – 9.5 oz; Originals 10.5 – 10.7 oz. Originals are much sturdier and durable. Fits:
Chevy
53-60, All Models, Front or Rear
63, Rear
Corvair, 61-65 Spider, Front Door
Oldsmobile, 54-60E, All models, Front or Rear
Corvette, 56-61E. Note: You will need to add the stop bumper to these.
