One of the six retaining rivets is 1/2 broke off.
A good survivor or daily driver bezel but it is not show quality.

Clock Bezel, Used

We believe this is a used reproduction bezel as others we have had had a GM part # or 2 molded in the back.
This bezel does not have any GM part numbers on it.
Paint has some scratches.
Chrome also has some light scratches but no blemishes.
This bezel does not have an anti-rotation pin.

Clock / Heater / Vent Cable Back Plate, Original.

Chrome has some tiny blisters.
A nice survivor or driver quality plate with the part number stamped in the back, 3740281.
Chrome has some small blemishes.
No breaks cracks or chips.
All 4 mount posts are solid.
Not, a show quality plate.
To be show quality, it will need to be re-chromed.

This clock is in need of a total restoration.
Comes with the back plate (corroded and pitted).
Clock case is rusted and needs cleaned and re-plated.
Face and needles of the clock are nice but the bezel and knob are rusty and need replaced or restored.
Sold for parts / core only.

Bezel is rusty
Outer lens is frosted over and dirty.
The adjuster knob is non-magnetic and is dull.
The ground ring is there also.
On the back of the case is stamped:
- PATD. U.S.A
- 2279015
- MADE BY WESTCLOX
- LASALLE, ILL. U.S.A
The date code is FEB 60

55-56 Chevy
58-62 Corvette

The “waffle” pattern on the inner face is good and the black finish is also.
Outer lens is good with some very light surface scratches you need to be up close to see.
The adjuster knob is non-magnetic and is very shiny.
Hands turn easily when we turn the knob.
Fast / Slow adjuster screw works fine also but is rusty.
Hour and minute hand color are good and white.
The chrome on the hands is good and shiny.
The bezel has several blemishes in the chrome and is starting to rust.
The case is clean and has a small amount of cosmetic rust.
The ground ring is there also.
On the back of the case is stamped:
- PATD. U.S.A
- 2279015
- MADE BY WESTCLOX
- LASALLE, ILL. U.S.A
The date code is NOV 59

Fits:

55-56 Chevy
58-62 Corvette

This clock was made by New Haven Clock.
Has the look of a 55-56 Chevy & 58-62 Corvette clock, but the markings and operations of it are significantly different.
The “waffle” pattern on the inner face is good and the black finish is also.
Outer lens is crisp and clean.
Adjuster knob is non-magnetic & very shiny.
It turns the hands easily when the knob is turned.
Fast / Slow adjuster screw works fine.
Hour & minute hand color are good & white.
Chrome on the hands is good and shiny.
The bezel is nice with no blemishes in the chrome.
The case is very clean with no rust.
Ground ring & wiring pigtail is not included.
The electrical terminal is different from a standard clock for these years.
On the back is stamped:
- THE NEW HAVEN CLOCK AND WATCH CO.
- U.S.A.
There is no date code on this clock.

The electrical connector is broke off.
Ground ring is there
On the back is stamped:

- MADE BY WESTCLOX
- LASALLE, ILL. U.S.A
The date code stamp is JUN 58 or 59 (the last number hardly legible).
