  • There are some stitches that have frayed some.
  • The D rings and clips are in excellent condition.
  • The center attaching clip has some red stain on it.

  • One chrome hook has some very small rust around the opening for the webbing.
  • The other hook is real nice.
  • The short strap to the tightener is missing along with the “gripper” that goes inside the pull tab.
  • Chrome pull tab is real nice also.
