Shipping and Return Policies of JnJ Vette Parts

Return Policies
>
JnJ Vette Parts new items are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee when returned in new, unused condition in original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable. For all non-defective products returned after 30 days, but within 90 days from the date of purchase, a 20% restock charge will be assessed. For defective items returned after 30 days, JnJ Vette Parts reserves the right to replace the item at our discretion. No returns will be accepted after 90 days from the date of purchase.

JnJ Vette Parts used items are returnable only after receiving a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us. We will accept returns if the item is not as we described. Please see our "About Us" page for detailed descriptions of our condition assessment. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returned items. Returns must be requested, and authorized by JnJ Vette Parts, within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. For returns after 14 days, a 20% restocking fee will be charged by JnJ Vette Parts.

Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. All shipments will be insured to protect our customers.

Merchandise Missing or Damaged in Shipment
>
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If damaged from shipment, contact the carrier (FedEx Ground, UPS, USPS, Truck freight company, etc.) immediately. Keep all shipping materials (box, packaging, etc.) intact. Take photographs immediately of the packaging, damaged areas of the package, damaged items, etc.. This is essential to supporting your damage claim. Await an inspection by the carrier. If carrier is present when you notice the damage or missing items, have the deliverer witness the situation on the bill of lading or have the deliverer sign a note stating that the package arrived damaged. After the goods are inspected by the carrier, file a claim with the carrier. If items are missing from unopened, undamaged packages, report the missing items to us within 3 business days of receipt. JnJ Vette Parts is not responsible for any missing merchandise not reported within 3 days of receipt.

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused, customer will be charged for shipping and handling plus a restocking charge of 20% of the product value.
Special Orders
>
All special orders, such as non-stock interior orders and dated products, must be prepaid prior to the start of manufacturing. Special order and dated products are not cancelable or returnable.
Miscellaneous Policies
>
Individual products are subject to substitution, discontinuation, or a change in specification without prior notice. Errors in printing are possible.
NOS items are not necessarily perfect. As such, do not expect the item to be like a new reproduction part. Blemishes in chrome, slight color change differences, material thickness, etc. can, and were, issued by the OEM.

THE OBLIGATION OF JnJ Vette Parts, WARRANTOR, IS LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OR REFUND ONLY AS PROVIDED HEREIN. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO THE SAME DURATION AS THE LIMITED WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN. WARRANTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING, BUT NOT NECESSARILY LIMITED TO, LOSSES CAUSED BY DELAY IN THE INSTALLATION OF ANY OF WARRANTOR’S PRODUCTS, OR FOR THE TRANSPORTATION OR ANY OTHER CHARGE INCURRED IN THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF A DEFECTIVE ITEM, OR REMOVAL OR USE OF THIS MERCHANDISE UNLESS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED SO HEREIN, OR SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED FOR IN AN ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENT. |
